Hamilton Beach Brands (HBB), NACCO Industries (NC), Edgewell Personal Care (EPC), Utz Brands (UTZ), Owens Corning (OC), and Gibraltar Industries (ROCK) were among the consumer and industrial companies that disclosed quarterly results via SEC 8-K Item 2.02 filings.

In the energy sector, Diversified Energy (DEC), Matador Resources (MTDR), Permian Resources (PR), and Valaris all filed earnings disclosures.

In finance and real estate, Palmer Square Capital BDC (PSBD), Granite Point Mortgage Trust, Barings BDC (BBDC), and Rand Capital (RAND) disclosed results.

In tech and media, Extreme Networks (EXTR), Digital Turbine (APPS), LiveRamp (RAMP), Sinclair (SBGI), and fuboTV (FUBO) reported earnings.

In biotech and other sectors, BioAge Labs (BIOA), Immuneering (IMRX), ADMA Biologics (ADMA), Rayonier (RYN), Redwire (RDW), and NeoStellar Capital (NSLR) filed earnings disclosures with the SEC.


Earnings Surprises & Guidance

According to The Motley Fool, Shopify (SHOP)'s Q2 results beat expectations and it raised its Q3 outlook, sending shares up 17%. Meanwhile, Uber (UBER) fell 5% despite solid booking growth, as its Q3 guidance disappointed.

According to StockStory, AppLovin (APP)'s Q2 revenue missed market expectations, sending shares plunging 21%. In contrast, TTM Technologies (TTMI) and Beyond Meat (BYND) both posted strong Q2 results along with upbeat revenue guidance for the next quarter.

According to Investor's Business Daily, IonQ (IONQ) beat expectations and raised guidance (excluding the impact of the SkyWater deal). CNBC and TradingKey reported that SanDisk (SNDK) topped both earnings and revenue estimates, with Q4 revenue surging 372% year-over-year to $8.965 billion — though its guidance sent mixed signals. The Motley Fool reported that SpaceX also posted revenue above expectations, but rising capital expenditures drew attention.

According to BusinessWire, Atmos Energy reported fiscal Q3 2026 results and maintained its full-year guidance.


Korean Company Earnings

According to YTN, SanDisk and Western Digital posted strong results on booming AI data center demand, while Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix reportedly expanded shareholder returns.

According to Weekly Donga, Hyundai and Kia posted record results in the US market, with hybrid vehicle sales up 52% year-over-year.
